How do I pay for my ads?

BuzzHub accepts credit card payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Please note that some advertisers may be eligible to benefit from direct bill account.  All direct bill accounts must be approved by BuzzHub prior to usage.  All direct bill account requests get submitted electronically for approval.  You can expect to hear from us within 1-2 business days via email.

When do I get billed?

Direct Billing
BuzzHub bills on a monthly billing schedule, and every first of the month you will be billed for ads that displayed the previous month. For example, if an ad is displayed on April 14 it will be billed on May 1.

Credit Card
Your credit card is billed upon checkout.

How long does it take for my ad to be reviewed?

BuzzHub reviews the content for all ads to ensure the content is appropriate for our network. If your ad says "Pending Review" it means the ad has not been reviewed yet. Ads are generally reviewed within 1 hour of creation.  You will receive an email to confirm that the review process is complete.

Why isn’t my ad visible on my Running Advertisement list page?

Your ad was not approved.  If your ad was not approved through automated ad review process, an automated response will be sent to you via email with the reason. If you did not receive the email please check your email spam filters to ensure that email address domain "@buzzhubnetwork.com" is not blocked. Ads are typically not approved if there is are spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, if the content of the ad is misleading or potentially offensive.

Why doesn’t my text message show my trademark?

The text ad does not support some special characters like a trade mark, copyright symbol, or currency symbols like the British Pound.

Why doesn’t my video play on the Preview page?

Your video will not be accepted on BuzzHub if it is longer than 30 seconds or it is not an FLV file.

How do I make my ad more effective?

Ads with a direct call to action with a specific value (dollar or percent off) and expiration date typically have a better response than brand or general information ads.

How do I delete my ad?

After you log into your account, a list of running your active ads is displayed under the report dashboard.   Click “Cancel” on the ad that you wish to delete.

Can I use a picture or image file for my ad

To convert your image file into a movie file.

  1. Open Windows Movie Maker on the PC or Open iMovie on the Mac. 
  2. Select the image file you want to use.  Use help on how to create great movies in Windows Movie Maker/iMovie.
  3. Save your movie file when done.

Create your video ad on BuzzHub. Go to www.buzzhubnetwork.com.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Create Ad.   Select Video Ad.
  3. Click on www.zamzar.com link to convert your movie file to FLV file.  Follow the instructions.
  4. After your file has been converted, select and upload the FLV file containing your movie.
  5. Create your ad as normal.

How can I change my ad?

After you log into your account, a list of running your active ads is displayed under the report dashboard.   Click “Edit” on the ad that you wish to change.  You will not be charged to change your ad at any time during the 15 day flight.
